Here's another track that reminds me of autumn nights. I presume that it's because I bought the Flaming Lips album that featured this track in the autumn of 1999. One of my favorite songs from the late 90's, the glorious 'Race For The Prize' was released as a single in 1999, and went to number 39 in the UK singles chart. It was taken from the classic album 'The Soft Bulletin', released the same year. The album was released to massive critical acclaim, and was a departure from their previous alternative rock sound, venturing into marvellously rich symphonic arrangements and melodic dream-pop sounds.
