Gas and bloating are serious health issues and one should seek proper treatment. Many people are not comfortable talking about gas and bloating problems because they feel embarrassed about it. Gas and bloating are caused mainly because of unhealthy eating habits. One can be relieved of these problems just be eating on time and eating healthily.

To prepare this smoothie, you will need chamomile or dandelion herb, pineapple fruit, yogurt, honey, strawberries and ice. One teaspoon honey is what you will require. All other ingredients too should be taken in moderation. Yogurt and the herb can be just half c while the fruits have to be 1. Ice cubes can be as how cool you want the smoothie to be.

Now put all these ingredients into a blender and blend into a consistency that you desire. Have it once or twice a day and you will be amazed to see how gas and bloating disappears from your body.

Also remember not to have large amount of smoothie because anything in excess can be harmful for health. So, start by having a small cup and then increase the amount if you are comfortable with the amount. If you are allergic to strawberry or pineapple, then you can add avocado or banana.

Such herbal and home-made smoothies can go a long way in helping reduce gas and bloating. The advantage of such smoothies is that they do not cause any adverse effect on health as some pills will. They are tasty as well.
