CBS has opted to stick with Justin Hartley’s buzzy new drama Tracker, giving it a fairly quick Season 2 renewal. CBS is already looking at the final season of Blue Bloods, SWAT, Young Sheldon, and Bob Hearts Abishola, so they have room. Interestingly, two NCIS spinoffs are in the works, so that franchise will never die. One is NCIS: Origins, and the other is a Tony/Ziva spinoff. Fire Country also has a spinoff in the works.

I watched a sad amount of audio described shows. this isn’t all the TV I watched yesterday, but I’ve avoided continuing to platform non-audio described content beyond the first episode, or season premiere. but, yeah, I really with ABC would describe American Idol. But I watched Sexy Beast (Paramount Plus), which is a tough crime drama. I’m not sure I love the show, but I have no problems with the audio description, so that’s good.

And the other show was a second episode of In The Know (Peacock), which I have to admit is just not as funny as I thought it would be. It feels less like Mike Judge is behind it, and more like the Portlandia team is behind it. It has a very interesting style of humor, I’m just not sure it works for me. A third episode? I just don’t know.
