Do you like scary movies?
The thing is no one appreciates horror movies anymore. People either just plain don’t like them (which seems to be a lot of people), or they don’t like how crappy they usually are. It’s kind of sad since there do exist good movies hidden amongst the huge pile of mediocrity that is the horror genre nowadays. Basically, watching horror movies is pretty much like trick-or-treating; sometimes you’ll get a scary-awesome experience, and other times, you’ll get absolute crap on a stick.But I digress. Filmaholic Reviews is kicking off the scream season with our annual 31 Days of Horror, a 31 day countdown until Halloween during which we will be reviewing one horror movie a day. It’s kind of like we got back from trick-or-treating, dumped all of our candy on the table, and began sifting through the fruits of our labor, except that instead of candy, we got horror movies instead. Alrighty, let’s see what we got this year. Stay tuned. It'll be a real scream.
