The Random Five

This top from my post here, was not an easy win. I had been stalking the top but wasn't willing to pay the full price. So while I waited for a sale to happen, it never occurred to me that this would get sold out. And once it went on a 40% sale, my size did get sold out. At first I cursed myself, left and right for being such a miser, but then I wasn't ready to give up. So I called the customer service and had them locate this top at the retail Kate Spade Saturday stores. The rep was able to find these at three different stores. I felt like a wretched creature after having no luck at the first two stores I called. But the last store I called reported of having only one in stock and guess what, it happened to be in my size. It felt like winning a lottery and going through all the sweet messages on all my social media, this was more like a jackpot.

I had been on a mission to find an orange lipstick for myself and my hunt finally ended with this lipstick. It is a matte finish with a hint of red in orange, and thus making it suitable for most.

How breathtakingly fashionable is USA's  first lady!  Her impeccable sense of style and hot-off-the-runway looks are worthy of admiration. I am just loving this lime greenKenzo fit and flare dress on her and talk about that belt, isn't it spectacular!

Spring 2015 is all about reds and pinks, and this bag in red is a must-have. The best- for every purchase made, $5 is donated to the AIDS society. That is definitely a good cause and we should do the needful.

It's the time of year when staying hydrated tops the keeping-good-health list. Back home drinking fresh coconut water was like a summer ritual,  but since here fresh coconut is not readily available, this works as a good substitute.

What are the things you have been enjoying this week ?
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.
