24 #1

Keifer Sutherland is making a big return to TV as his professional badass, Jck Bauer. With this comic, find out what happened between the final season and the new upcoming season.

Elektra #1

A splashy new comic about Daredevil’s favorite assassin come to Marvel Now. I think I remember hearing back when Marvel Now first revealed these titles Elektra was going to be going all Black Widow becoming an assassin of assassins to clear her ledger of red. Widow is really good right now, but I’m hoping Elektra has a different feeling for the sake of variety.

Flash #30

I haven’t been crazy about New 52 Flash to be honest. It has nothing to do with the mythos changes that came with the new universe, but I have found the books to be mostly boring. A new creative team takes over with this issue (and on the verge of Wally West’s introduction) so I will be at least checking it out.

Guardians of the Galaxy #14

Special anniversary issue (it’s the 101st issue but they’re celebrating 100 issues). It’ll be double sized with some prep time for new members: Captain Marvel and Agent Venom, and it will include to back-up stories from former Guardian writers, Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning.

Justice League United #0

Originally going to be called Justice League Canada, DC golden boy Jeff Lemire deports the Justice League of America in the aftermath of Forever Evil. Featuring new members like Animal Man, Adam Strange, and a brand new Native American hero.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #33

The Turtles return to New York after their meditation upstate to a city in Shredder’s grip.

Thief Of Thieves #20

I haven’t mentioned Thief of Thieves in awhile, but a new arc starts here. Called “The Hit List,” this isn’t just another heist. This is a heaping amount of consequences for Conrad.

Original Sin #0

The biggest Marvel event is coming this summer: the murder of The Watcher. The prologue is here written by Mark Waid.
