Wow.
Just wow.
I continue to be amazed at how God can pull the heartstrings of strangers together from all over this world wide web. Last week we announced a contest for fellow photographers to win the brand new iPad we are giving away, out of our own pockets, simply to say THANK YOU for a great launch of my new book, Prosper, and the amazing Prosper Community where so many lives are changing every day.
I asked you to join me on a revolution… and, ha, a revolution it sure has turned into… but most importantly it has turned into a revolution of carving our own little place in the world to promote love, joy, peace, forgiveness, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control, as God teaches us are the fruits of His spirit in Galatians 5:22. It’s not about prospering in financial gain, as the world views it, it’s about prospering in the beautiful hope we have in Jesus and our Heavenly Father.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD,
“plans to PROSPER you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

For the contest, I asked photographers to create a sign of what they believe in related to one of their favorite Bible verses.
We received submissions from not just around the country, but around world… places like Slovakia, Mexico, Australia, Canada…. I still to this day don’t understand how people tucked away in their own corner of the world know who Stephen and I are, and how they ran across our blog. That’s when I’m reminded just how big our God is.
