When you feel like you can't go any further, just know that the strength which carried you this far will take you the rest of the way.
The Parable of the butterfly
Once, a small crack appeared in a cocoon and an accidentally passing man stood and watched for hours how the butterfly was trying to get out of this small crack. There had been a long time that the butterfly was not able to break free.
The man decided to help the butterfly in her efforts. So he took a little knife and cut the cocoon. The Butterfly came out immediately. But her little body was weak and fragile, the wings were rudimentary and were barely able to move. The man continued to watch, thinking that the wings of the butterfly will get better, she will get stronger and will be able to fly. But nothing like that happened.
During the rest of her life the butterfly was just dragging herself on the ground not able to fly .
And all because of that man, willing to help, but he did not realize that the butterfly needed the efforts to get out of the cocoon. That effort allows the fluid from her body to move to the wings, thus making her able to fly.
Life forces the butterfly to leave this shell in order to grow and develop.
Sometimes it is the effort that we need in life.
If we were allowed to live without encountering difficulties, we would be punished. We could not become as strong as we are now. We would never be able to fly.
I prayed for wealth ... and Life gave me brain and muscles to be able to work.
I prayed that I could fly ... and Life gave me obstacles to be able to overcome them.
I prayed for love ... but life gave me people whom
I can help solve their problems.
I prayed for good ... but life gave me opportunities.
I did not receive anything from what I prayed ... But I got everything I need.
