The unparalleled beauty of Travertine pavers is one of the factors contributing to its rising popularity. They are one of the most sought-after stones on the earth due to their opulent appearance.

They frequently resemble marble, giving off a beautiful, classic appearance. Outdoor spaces and pools with Travertine pavers look class-apart with subtle shades of ivory, beige, and silver. The fact that there are natural differences, and no two stones are exactly alike making travertine pavers and tiles a perfect choice. This gives every area a more natural sense and connects you to nature’s elements.

  1. Durable natural stone

Travertine pavers are known for their durability. Travertine is a sedimentary rock formed with calcite deposits. The sediments and minerals bond together lending the stone great durability. In fact, Travertine has a longer life than limestone or marble. All you need to ensure is sealing them properly. Sealing helps to block the open pores on the stone’s surface, protecting the stone from moisture damage or staining.

  1. Their ability to remain cool

With this strength, Travertine is counted among the best pavers for pool areas and patios. Unlike other natural stones, Travertine reflects the heat of the sun. It absorbs the coolness of the surface beneath which helps in keeping the stone cool. Even when exposed to direct sunlight, the temperature of Travertine Pavers remains under control. You can walk comfortably on them without burning your bare feet. Pools with Travertine pavers in their surroundings are hence perfect for hot summers.

  1. Slip-resistance

Floors in the house should not be slippery, especially in the pool areas or outdoor spaces exposed to moisture. You want kids, elders, and guests to be safe. Travertine Pavers can avert slipping hazards because of their honed or unfilled and tumbled finish which are slip-resistant. The textured surface lends a good footing, preventing accidental falls.

  1. Simple maintenance

Who does not enjoy a natural stone that is hassle-free? Because they are resistant to fading, fire, scratching, and moisture, Travertine Pavers are more often used. They simply require occasional sealing or simple washing to preserve their gloss and keep dust or debris at bay. Travertine pavers and Travertine pool copings are a worry-free purchase. They do not require a lot of care either. You might need to seal the stone after power washing it or repairing it. Please confirm the type of sealing your Travertine requires with your tiler or stone supplier.
