Things I want to buy but cannot actually buy. Spent the former half of my weekend working away at a couple of projects, playing with my cousin's puppy and playing Animal Crossing, but also mostly creating wishlists of things I want but can't justify because CHRISTMAS! I've been getting into the festive spirit and shopping for gifts with plenty of time to spare this year, mostly because I need to have them wrapped and packed before I fly in a matter of weeks.
If you couldn't already tell, I have a very specific color palette that I've been opting for this season. I'm obsessed with this mustard dress from ASOS, perfect with a plaid check scarf and leather jacket or fur gilet. Also from ASOS is this oversized burgundy shirt dress, I know from experience that ASOS' oversized pieces drown me like no tomorrow - #ShortGirlProblems - so I'm on the lookout for something a) more affordable, and b) a little more fitted. I'm imagining H&M will have something similar?
Onto things that I genuinely might pick up: these Missguided boots!! SO dreamy. I've included these in a feature I wrote for A for Aesthetic but I'm really into this lower mid-calf length, it's SO Givenchy-esque and at a fraction of the price.
Currently also after a new pair of trainers because this city life has gripped me hard. This adidas x Stella McCartney pair is perfect for light training and thus city wandering - I'm envisioning them with an oversized sweatshirt and leggings.
