The Naturalists make a case for being among the upper echelon of the summer-guitar-gods with their spectacularly bratty “What Puts You To Sleep.” With a giant sound – propulsive percussion, static guitars and a driving bass – layered with the kind of vocal that brings back the hey-day of emo/punk, the track is a treat for all those who grew up with the grit of early emo and miss it.
