the Most Important Video You Can Watch Today

I came across this short video yesterday.  It eloquently, scientifically, and concisely sums up the very breath of this blog. In only 18 short minutes it says everything that I have been trying to say, and would hope to say in the future.

• It explains why food allergies have skyrocketed in the past 2 decades.
