London Walkers often ask about them. Why are some blue and some green? How do property owners feel about them? How can one “qualify” for a plaque?

We're going to need 270 of these plaques – Phil Sayer, the man behind the famous Mind The Gap announcement passed away yesterday at the age of 62.
