The songs of The Last Bison can fill an entire room to the brim. They specialize in that wall to wall hugeness, filling everywhere they go with the sounds of sweet fiddles and harmonies. The lovely “Souls in the Sand” is the type of track that epitomizes the band — soaring emotional intensity that’s still wildly accessible. It’s the kind of intensity that can be heard for miles around, something the band seemingly put to the test with their newest video. Filmed while on tour for the great Dorado EP in Idaho, the band stopped their endless travels for a quick show in the wilderness. The desolate landscape and the song’s magnitude fit together perfectly. Check out the video above!
