The Items Hurting The Investment Climate In The U.S.

The Gallup Poll provided the information for the chart above. Between August 15th and 24th, they asked a random national sample of 1,011 adults (who had at least $10,000 of investable assets) what were the things affecting the investment climate in this country. The survey had a margin of error of 3 points.
I'm not sure the coming election can affect either of the foreign items -- the events in the Middle East or the Russia/Ukraine situation. Both major political parties seem to want to follow the same misguided policy in the Middle East, and the European nations need to take the lead in fixing the situation with Russia and the Ukraine.
However, the four leading domestic issues (political discord, high unemployment, widening wealth gap, and immigration policy) would seem to favor the Democrats -- if those investors actually vote their beliefs (and not their prejudices). It is the Republicans that have primarily caused the political discord by obstructing everything proposed and refusing to compromise on anything -- including efforts to boost job creation, efforts to create a fairer economy, and efforts to fix our broken immigration system.
