By Melissak

Hydrating yourself no matter what the season is very important.  I know I get those pesky reminder headaches during Summer, that just scream you haven’t been drinking enough water!  and lets face it sometimes you just don’t feel like drinking all that water.

This juice is a great way to hydrate yo’self and get some nutrients in at the same time, to sweeten the pot it also tastes pretty darn good.

Made up of grapefruit, cucumber and green apples, this just is filled with all that high water content fruits, but what else will this juice help with?
