TASTING NOTES:

Robe: Deep ruby robe.

Nose: Toasted hazelnut, mocha, red fruit nose.

Palate: An enticing millefeuille of supple tannins, balanced acids, lustrous Modelo cherry and dark chocolate bouche, and a lingering, nuanced finish.

Suggested Pairings: Duck, pork, or venison and someone you care to spend a good long evening with jawing away by the fire. You’ll need some time to unfold all the layers in this wine.
