Fast and Furious quickly became one of the top franchise of Universal Pictures. So, even after the lead, Paul Walker's death, the studio decided to move ahead with the film by keeping Walker alive throughout the film with body double's and CGI. Justin Lin is slated to return to make the eight installment, but the studio is not planning to stop there.
"We think there's at least three more," Universal Pictures Chairman, Donna Langley told The Hollywood Reporter. "...I think it's still a growing franchise. We'll see what happens with 'Furious 7,' obviously, but our box office has grown over the past three or four films and internationally, in particular. So we think that there's more to mine there. But we're of course very mindful about fatigue."

Furious 7 hits theaters on April 3, 2015. Depending on the success of this upcoming title, we will get to see some more furious action, possible 3 more titles to round up the franchise to 10 movie series. How amazing would that be?
