Study this face carefully, because you most likely will see it again as the face of a serial killer.
By now, it is almost common knowledge that serial killers typically begin their violent behavior with animals before they “graduate” to killing human beings. As Cynthia Hodges wrote in her article for Michigan State University College of Law, “The Link: Cruelty to Animals and Violence Towards People“:
Acts of animal cruelty are not merely signs of a minor personality flaw, but are rather symptomatic of a deep mental disturbance. Cruelty to animals has been recognized as an indicator of a dangerous psychopathy that claims both animal and human victims…. People who abused pets as children are more likely to commit murder or other violent crimes as adults…. There is a further correlation: the most aggressive criminals had committed the most severe acts of animal cruelty in childhood.
Jordan Lindquist, 19, is such a psychopath.
CBS Las Vegas/AP reports that on April 18, 2015, Lindquist was arrested by police on a felony animal cruelty charge after being caught on hidden video camera severely abusing the pet cat of the Cloward family with whom he was staying.
Suspecting that Shadow the cat was being abused, Kaleb Cloward installed the “nanny cam” surveillance system after the family had spent hundreds of dollars on vet bills for Shadow’s injuries.
The nanny cam captured Lindquist shaking and grabbing the cat by its tail, punching the animal in the head, and slamming it to the ground.
Police call it torture and say they’re surprised the cat survived the attack.

Kaleb Cloward said, “It’s definitely heart-wrenching. I was furious.” His mother, Colleen Cloward, said Lindquist “seemed liked such a nice young man but yet there’s something clearly wrong in his thought process.”
Lindquist posted $5,000 bail last Sunday, April 20.
