With two great full-lengths under their belt, New York indie pop troupe The Dig is clearly hitting a creative milestone with Tired Hearts EP, a release that comes just months after their previous record, Midnight Flowers, hit shelves. The first taste of the EP is “Angeline”, an airy, lucid downtempo track will mollasas-smooth vocals and endearing lyrics. The Dig clearly get it — they know the band they want to be and are going for it. They’ve opened for The Antlers, The Walkmen, and Portugal. The Man, and for this new release have teamed up with legendary producer Bryce Goggin (Pavement, The Apples In Stereo, Swans, Antony & The Johnsons).
