The Cinthol Deo Stick – Product Review

Posted on the 27 November 2016 by Cheekymeeky

Cinthol's new range of deo sticks for men and women is on the market, and these new ones are looking and smelling goood.

I've always liked the smell of Cinthol's soaps but I've never tried their deo sticks before. This one, I first saw on my friend, and she really liked it enough to recommend it to me.

Availability and price

The Cinthol Deo stick is available in versions for both men and women and cost is about Rs. 69 for a 40 gm deo stick, making it one of the most economical deo sticks currently available on the market.

How to use

The deos are not spray-on, they are roll-ons, and you can use it immediately after a shower. Just apply it directly on to the skin in a circular motion.

Smell and Longevity

The deo stick comes in three distinct versions for men and women.

I picked up Rush for K on my usual grocery rounds, and he liked it very much. It was intense and long-lasting. And there was no skin irritation or any other side effects.

I really liked the smell on him too. What I also like is that its small and handy, perfect to just throw into the bag while traveling without having to worry about leakage, or bulking up the travel bag, or having to chuck it out at the airport security.

Last Thoughts

Overall, I think this is a great buy. Economical, and does its job very well. The only thing I see is I am not sure yet how easily available it is in the shops. I picked this one up from More supermarket, but I didn't see it in the smaller kirana store close to home.

Other than the availability aspect (which I think will clear up soon as the product makes inroads in the market), I think this is a great option. I earlier used to use Nivea and Dove sprays that seemed to get over in the blink of an eye, it appears.

Now after seeing how long-lasting and good K's roll-on Cinthol deo is, I am planning to pick up one for myself too (if I can find it in stores, that is).
