The Bored Ape Yacht Club and Otherside Discords Have Both Been Hacked

The Bored Ape Yacht Club and Otherside Discords have both been hacked, and more than $300K worth of NFTs have been stolen. It is alleged that a hacker acquired access to the account of the Discord community manager. The hacker then distributed a giveaway announcement tied to a phishing attack.

A total of 32 non-fungible tokens (NFTs) were seized, including one Bored Ape, two Mutant Apes, and five Otherside deeds. The stolen NFTs had a total value exceeding 145 ETH. Please everyone observe safety!

It’s not the first time, On April 25th, an anonymous hacker also gained access to the official Discord channel for Yuga Labs’ Bored Ape Yacht Club, Mutant Ape Yacht Club, and Mutant Ape Kennel Club NFT collection members.Its Instagram account has previously been hacked.
