Story: The Big 4 starts when a group of assassins break into a gangster’s operation to save children. It sees the leader of the group killed and the assassins going into hiding. 3-years later Dina (Marino) still being angry about not catching her own father’s murderer, continues to search for answers.

This sees her finding Topan (Aryasatya), Jenggo (Kriting) Pelor (Immanuel) and Alpha (Lutesha) as they get into a showdown with the man who killed their father.

Verdict on The Big 4

The Big 4 is an action comedy that follows the assassins and the daughter of their trainer teaming up to track down the person who killed him. They must put aside their differences to complete the mission and get the freedom they need from the pain.

This movie does have a lot of comedic action sequences, some work very well, and others feel awkward. It is a shame because when the big action moments happen, they can get pulled back by a weak line that isn’t funny. The movie is also a lot longer than it needs to be, it clearly doesn’t need to be over 2 hours long for the simple enough story it is telling.

Where to Watch: The Big Four is available on Netflix Now.

Final Thoughts The Big 4 is a wildly over-the-top action comedy.
