I just stumbled across an article in Business Insider that has got to be my most favorite article probably ever written about anything.
As I mentioned in our earlier blog entry about our survival of week one of the Slow Carb diet, I love carbs. All carbs. But my two favorites are french fries and bread. A french fry sandwich on good sour dough bread with a side of pizza would be my perfect lunch. So you can only imagine then how difficult it was for me to read this article, all the while knowing I don’t get to eat anything like that for 5 more days.
But no matter, I could not pass up this article and I totally felt as though I would be remiss if I didn’t share it.
