Just yesterday we got information about the upcoming Asus Zenfone 4 series. The leaked image gave detailed about Asus Zenfone 4, Zenfone 4 Max, Zenfone 4 Selfie and a mysterious new series named Zenfone 4V. Today we have a teaser that talks about a device launchslated on September 21st in Rome.
The image that seems to be a “save the date poster” has been shared on Twitter by Roland Quand and it does give out a lot of details about the impending launch.
If we look at the image carefully, it hints about a camera specific device. With the video “Frame”, the letter “V” formed by 2 mobiles and the phrase “Frame the date” all hint towards a camera focused smartphone.
The details we saw yesterday, had a device called Zenfone 4v, we have not yeat heard much about it. However it soes seem that this teaser is for the same smartphone. This device will comes with a dual rear camera setup (look at the V formation) with wide angle sensor which is hinted by the phrase “Take A Walk On The Wide Side“.
If this leak is true, than it would be second device after the Zenfone 3 Zoom to come with a dual rear camera setup. The same smartphone is also making its way to Europe next month. The dual camera setup on Zenfone 3 Zoom offers zoom facility (2.3x optical zoom and 12x digital zoom) but not a wide angle shot.
Most likely this phone that will launch in about three months time from now in Rome will offer ultra wide angle zoom capacity. We will keep you posted regarding this upcoming device till then do let us know which Asus device are you using, in the comments ection below.
