HALONGKULAY---is a group of visual arts enthusiast of Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology. Since it is an MSU-IIT based organization, members came from the different colleges of the University. However, lately they have been accepting talented individuals coming from other schools and colleges in Iligan City.
