I have just completed the 2-week challenge. I've lost 10 lbs (4.5 kg). I was very surprised I wasn't hungry at all. In fact, I sometimes didn't eat three meals because of being full. I'm a 72-year young senior who doesn't like to cook but the recipes were easy and fast to prepare. I am planning to continue the LCHF food plan.

I loved the 14-day challenge! The recipes were simple, fast and delicious! I loved the shopping list, as a single mom, this made life so much easier! I am from Quebec in Canada, I am 42 years old. I was eating keto for one1 week before the challenge and it is safe to say that in the three weeks on Keto I've lost 5-7 lbs (2-3kg)!I stopped retaining water in my feet and hands, the bloating in my guts have reduced if not disappeared, and I have little to no intestinal pain after I eat. I will continue the Keto lifestyle and I am looking forward to discovering more benefits and general well being! I saw The magic pill this weekend, and I am amazed at the results in children who follow the diet. I will be gradually introducing my kids to this way of eating as well.

Hi,My name is Fred, I'm 29 and I reside in London, UK. I thought the low carb challenge was actually easier than I initially thought. I'm a carb eater, hence me stating this challenge, so I struggled in the beginning with having no bread with my eggs, for example. But with time, it became easier! I was also able to eat certain foods that I love, which I previously had to stop due to advice that it would make me fatter, for example cheese!
At the end of the challenge, I lost 5 kg (10 lbs) (I understand that it may be water), but I feel happier than ever and I finally found a "diet" which works for me!
I will definitely carry on with Keto and make it a lifestyle change rather than a diet!

FredI've been very impressed with this low-carb challenge. It seems that at this stage of life, my weight is constantly going higher than I want it to go. I've tried many diets over the years and the ones that I used in my youth (calorie counting) are no longer effective.
This diet has been the most effective and reasonable, and I've been amazed at how satisfied I feel. Because bread is one of my joys in life, I made the Soft keto seed bread and enjoy a slice each day. I love the idea of making a double-sized recipe the night before and then using it for lunch the next day. It works well!

I am writing to thank you guys so much. These two weeks have been the most amazing weeks in my weight-loss journey. I have tried several diets but none of them have I liked like this one. In the very first week, I lost 3 kg (7 lbs), I was very busy so I didn't manage to weigh myself at the end of the second week.I enjoyed every bit of it, and my husband too. Usually, I struggle with feeling hungry all the time, and my hunger used to be very aggressive. However, being on this low-carb diet I was not feeling so hungry like before. I was able to do intermittent fasting 16/8 because I was not hungry for breakfast.
I am definitely going to continue with this diet. My current weight is 91 kg (200 lbs) and my goal is 75-70 kg (165-154 lbs). I can't wait to share it with my friends and family.
