Hi Emma, I would first like to say sorry I am not online as much as I used to be, but lately my days are filled with one professional or another. More importantly thou I would like to personally thank you for being you and all that you do. You have helped me in so many situations, helped me understand myself and my mental illness because of the blog.
You make things easier to cope with and make me feel less alone.
I owe my life to a short list of people, my first born son he saved me in ways he will never know. You Emma have saved me when I was in a dark place feeling guilty and worthless and I could never thank uyouenough for all you have done and continue to do.
You are a truly strong and inspiring woman. You in some ways are my hero my strength and that bright light in a dark place x Thank You x A
