Texas Asks for a Warrant Before Spying on Emails, FBI Thinks Otherwise

If you’re living in the U.S. and care about your privacy, you should probably consider moving to Texas. Why? Because now they have more privacy than any other state in the U.S.. Texas Gov. Rick Perry has just signed a bill that restricts federal law enforcement agencies to spy on email accounts without getting a warrant, becoming the first U.S. state to do so. According to Ars Technica.

This is a great start. But, can this stop anyone from invading your privacy? Recently revealed documents states otherwise as they clearly proves that FBI has been reading emails, without even getting a warrant, as seen at Gizmodo.

Even though it will be constantly broken, it’s good to know that at least one of the states was honest enough to bring this kind of a law to protect peoples privacy. However, one thing is for sure, that no matter how many petitions we bring or how many laws we make, governments will always find a way to keep spying on us, one way or another. We can’t do anything about it. It’s because we can’t live without technology. Think about it, even now you know that U.S. government is spying on you, did you stop using the Internet or your phone ?
