Ingrediants
1 Package Turkey Kielbasa (Chopped)
1 Green Pepper (Sliced)
1/4 Cup Onion (Chopped)
1 Can Black Beans
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Optional
Cous-Cous or Rice
Sour Cream for topping
Method
Heat skillet and add olive oil. Saute onion and pepper until tender, about 2 minutes. Mix in turkey kielbasa and (drained) black beans to skillet. Heat thoroughly for another couple minutes. Remove from heat and serve on top of rice or cous-cous with sour cream.
