When we shot these pictures, I had just chopped my hair off (again) and spring break was coming to a close, meaning I would soon go back to school. Roughly a week and a half later, I still have short hair but find myself back at home sick from a school-wide illness. While being sick has got me more or less down, I have a trip out to Los Angeles next week to look forward to! I'm going there for the first time for a college visit, which will entail meeting up with a fellow blogger/student and hitting as many delicious food spots as I can. I'm really looking forward to sharing photos from this exciting trip here on the blog and on Instagram (@lostbutntfound).

As I am trying to figure out the perfect So Cal college visit outfit, I know it'll be a lot warmer than it was when I wore this outfit here in NJ. I think my new hair cut came with a substantial amount of sass and a tendency to dress in all Aritzia, and I'm kind of loving it. These pants, which are made of a light satin-crepe material, are easily the most comfortable yet stylish pants I own. I can see these remaining a wardrobe staple of mine for years to come. I'll be back to posting on this space next week, with some photos from my college visit, my food/tourist adventures, and a possible outfit post! xoxo Isabelle
