Godakawela Police yesterday arrested a teacher at a school in the Godakawela area who teaches Buddhism with 8 grams of cannabis in his possession. He was arrested while using cannabis in a room of his house.
During questioning, he has said that he needs cannabis several times a day and that he smokes it before going to school. He has said he uses cannabis while in school as well. The teacher is to be produced in Courts.
