When you use green vegetables like broccoli, you get a beautiful color that makes it look very pretty.
How to make Broccoli bread crumbs
What you need?
- Handful of broccoli and cauliflower florets.
- A few teaspoons of nuts and seeds
- A few teaspoons of grated cheese
- A few teaspoons of butter
Process:
- Blitz together the broccoli and cauliflower florets till it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Toss in the nuts and cheese and use pulse beat on the processor to blend the ingredients.
- Lastly mix in the butter till all the crumbs get lightly coated with it.
- Sprinkle the crumbs onto your casserole or other dishes and bake as usual as topping. You can even use it to coat your crunchy little tidbits like cheese balls or potato wedges.
So switch over to these green crumbs and eat your way to good health.
