Ameriflight is the largest regional air cargo carrier in the world, operating 47 of these Metroliners in their fleet of 142 aircraft. First flown in 1969, the 19-seat, pressurized, twin-turboprop Metroliner was an evolution of the Swearingen Merlin turboprop business aircraft.
