Hey Hey Hey!
Guess what? I forgot to picture my lunch. Oh fail!
I made quick tuna salad and ate it right out of the bowl. Class, I know.
Then I spent the entire afternoon grocery shopping with my mom. I chomped a cherry fruit leather on the drive home.
THIS AFTERNOON I SNACKED ON:

and some brown rice crisps dipped in supremely spicy hummus.
I have absolutely zero will power around chips so I ate the entire tube. Luckily there were only 3 servings in there. Wheew.
After grocery shopping I made…
DINNER
Dinner was filled with Apricots.
We found some apricot ands sesame sausages at the market so I heated one up and added it to some Amy’s red lentil soup. Then I found a Pyramid Apricot Ale in the fridge and knew this was the perfect meal to enjoy it with.
And it was! I was a little hesitant that the sausages with the soup would be tasty but after a bite I was SOLD.
This beer is a little hard to eat with food. It’s so apricotty. But this was literally the best dish to eat with it.
Healthy Guideline Checks for Today:
- 2 servings of tea
- 2 servings of probiotics
- 8 8oz glasses of water
- 2 servings of fruit
- swapped bad carbs for good ones!!!
- Limited the sugars
I didn’t have any dark chocolate.
I didn’t work out.
I didn’t have my hot magic lemon water today. Boo.
