Verdict on Super Seniors
Super Seniors is a sports documentary following a group of senior tennis players competing in the world championships. They have come from different backgrounds, with different levels of experience, but one thing in common, their passion for tennis.
This follows the players preparing for the world championship. It sees them traveling the world for different tournaments and coming together for the biggest one. Away from the court, we see the personal problems they have been battling through. It shows how people can come together as a community to enjoy a sport, especially in their later life.
This is an interesting documentary and it shows a different side to the popular sport. It proves you are never too old to enjoy playing and most importantly you can make friends in a community.
