Sunshine On A Rainy Day

Went on a little trip up to the coast this afternoon. Ate fish 'n' chips, bought the obligatory stick of rock, strolled around the plethora of tacky gift shops - it was fuuuuuun! :)

The plan had been to visit Conwy Castle so I could take some lovely pics, but the minute we arrived the heavens opened (typical). Sooo... to pass the time we drove to Llandudno and did a little bit of exploring until it brightened up. <3

Picked this bag up from Pop Boutique in Liverpool a couple of years back. It's one of my faves because it's pretty versatile and is big enough for all my "essentials" i.e. all my junk. I received the Topshop boots as a present for my 22nd birthday and they're now my favorite pair - so much so, I've worn them to death; need to get the soles replaced and the laces too as they've snapped, but I haven't let this stop me from wearing them!

Ahhh I want to live near the sea! :) Would spend all my spare time beach combing and walking the dogs along the front. Amazzzze...
Am I the only one who gets so excited about a trip to the beach (even when the weather is so incredibly dreary)?
