On Monday I took Andrew for Frankie & Benny's for a treat. I actually managed to clear my plate for the first time; I always seem to struggle with calzone but I polished off the whole thing and sat watching 300: Rise Of An Empire with one hell of a food baby.
Tuesday morning I flew down to Exeter to represent Sunderland at the UCAS event taking place on Wednesday and Thursday. Exeter is really nice and the streets around the cathedral were lovely. I made the most of the sun and ate my cake from Patisserie Valerie beside the Cathedral. The UCAS event as great, both days we spoke to a good number of students and it was really cool to be there as a student and also as a Lives Online blogger. It's great to see Natasha on the cover representing pharmacy and I spotted myself inside 3 times too, eep!
The day I've been excitedly waiting for finally arrived on Friday; Fall Out Boy! I realised it's been 8 years in the waiting but they more than made up for that by putting on one hell of a show. I would have liked more from Take This To Your Grave but I'm so happy they played Chicago Is So Two Years Ago, Grand Theft Autumn and finished on Saturday. I will definitely need to see them again, having major post-gig sadness now!Today we finished filming our dissertation and I'm in two minds about it.
