Verdict on Summoning Sylvia
Summoning Sylvia is a horror comedy following a gay bachelor party that sees the group accidentally summon an evil. Now, they must figure out how to survive the night and understand the truth haunting the home.
This is a horror comedy that turns the haunted house on its head, by throwing the uncertainty in friendship of the characters. It really keeps us wondering what will happen next and whether the friends can remain together. While the mystery could play out in plenty of different directions. The performances are strong and the balance between horror and comedy clicks extremely well.
Final Thoughts – Summoning Sylvia is a wacky horror comedy filled with laughs and scares.
