Summaries for Episodes 1 to 3

According to spoilertv HBO have now released brief summaries for True Blood Season 6, episodes 1 to 3.

Here we go, if you really want to know……………

Episode 6.01 – “Who Are You, Really?”
Bill’s bloody reincarnation ushers in a new era for vampires, faeries and humans alike. (Written by Raelle Tucker; directed by Stephen Moyer.) Playdates: June 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20

Episode 6.02 – The Sun
Sookie meets a handsome stranger; Eric takes on the governor; Bill contemplates his new powers. (Written by Angela Robinson; directed by Dan Attias.) Playdates: June 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27

Episode 6.03 – You’re No Good
Bill looks for a solution to an impending catastrophe; Eric takes a hostage, while Sam tries to recover one. (Written by Mark Hudis; directed by Howard Deutch.) Playdate: June 30

First thoughts…..well the episode titles have all changed. Perhaps they just didn’t like the original songs?

With regard to learning something new about the coming season:

Well, episode 1, the aftermath of Bilith, that figures.

Episode 2, Sookie meets a handsome stranger (Ben presumably), Eric takes on the governor, yep, and I don’t fancy the governor’s long-term chances (see Russell Edgington for details).

And episode 3, Eric takes a hostage (that would be governor’s daughter Willa), and Sam tries to recover one (probably Emma who looks like she is  being kept by Alcide’s pack). Not sure what to make of “Bill looks for a solution to an impending catastrophe”, but as I don’t like to waste a lot of time thinking about Bill, I’ll go straight back to thinking about Eric……yum!
