Subtle Autumns

27 women in and around my life have had babies in the last 2 months. TWENTY SEVEN! (Yes, I actually bothered to count) Can you imagine what my Facebook timeline and Instagram feed looks like? Baby pictures and new-mommy-shennagians. While I am SO happy for them (I am. Really!) but I desperately need to escape to the land where I can respond without using the phase "awwww" or "oh!" 

In other news there has been REAL Fall (Autumn) in Texas year, at least so far. The cardigans and boots are out. Something tells me winters are going to be harsh. I am not looking forward to that AT ALL.
