Kimonos. One of the big summer trends. At first I thought it would be a you-either-love-them-or-hate-them thing, but as with many trends, it’s only a matter of time until trend pieces are upgraded and made in different versions. In a big sea of kimonos, this is the very first one that caught my eye, and caught it good. I love this long sheer striped version from the ASOS Africa collection. I love pieces that you can throw over the simplest outfit and will turn it into a look. This kimono just does that, and is also a good beach cover up (wear with a small belt!) or chic non-coat to wear over an evening dress (with sneakers, hah).
Also: favorite new shoes of the moment and never getting tired of boyfriend shorts.
