I love this monochromatic street style look. That color blue—let’s call it marine blue—more interesting than navy, not annoying like cobalt. I love the layering of identical shades of the pleated maxi skirt and cocoon coat; the black low cut booties sans socks complete the cool look. And the weather is mild enough right now to really wear it.
