Stir fry rice noodles recipe
Star ingredients:Rice noodles,Assorted veggies and sauces

Ingredients:
1 pack(200 grams) thin rice noodles(fine)
2 cups assorted veggies chopped(Baby corns,carrots,bell peppers,onions,cucumber)
1/2 teaspoon ginger flakes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
2 teaspoons chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon sugar
4 teaspoons oil
Spring onion greens
2 tablespoons roasted white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons crushed peanuts
Method:
1.Cook and drain noodles according to package instructions along with little salt
2.Heat oil in a kadai till smoking point.Add all the vegetables and saute for2-3 minutes in high flame.
Notes:
1.Thin rice noodles gets cooked really fast.2-3 minutes cooking is sufficient.
2.Do not skip sesame seeds and peanuts,they really add to the taste.
