Muffins really a easy job and exciting one while making these cuties.Baking with yeast is now a super one now as it activates quickly and rises within 30 minutes. This shows how summer is here and in the evening it is cloudy and it cheats another second. Now we are awaiting a full rainy day to tackle heat.So bread baking is easier for me and now am in full mood on working with yeast.I know till now i did not posted the recipes ad curries and masalas and going with drinks and breads. But what to do,for the two months am postponing the curry recipes now and i want a light fresh juice with salads and of course some healthy smoothies too.
Another news friends,as am moving to Pune next week and am really excited about the city and one college friend is there.Due to packaging and traveling,am preparing everything for my baby blog and drafting, going busy with full tight schedule now(God please help me ).The recipes for next 1 week is really tough one to schedule and selecting and organizing recipes,a week posts are not updated in index.I have to concentrate on that and i have only 3days only.Another hectic one is shooting the recipes and i have to organize the prepared one during that time.
Ok,leave that now coming to the recipe,i used leftover dough for the recipe which i wrap and stored in refrigerator. You can also use left dough while making bread.I topped this with chopped almonds and drizzled thick sugar syrup over it.The muffins came out outer a little bit sticky and inner super soft and juicy.
I added the syrup once the muffins are half done and i baked for another 15 minutes.Totally this recipe needs 35 minutes and the temperature i used here 200 degree Celsius as for usual muffins.
