Starting the Day off with Halloumi

This mornings breakfast was one of those magical things that happens when you just throw all your left overs into a pan and hope for the best. I was craving a Vegan East End breakfast from my local cafe Boscanova, but I was unwilling to brave the cold. Instead I had mushroom and halloumi on wholemeal toast and it was delicious.
