Is it the Servers?

- Search for your game & choose it from the list
- Click the server status button
If the servers are down it could be for maintenance, but check @EAHelp on Twitter to find out what’s happening. You can also check @AskPlayStation or @XboxSupport
If you can’t connect
If the servers are working ensure that you have a stable internet connection and that you’re online on Origin:
- Restart your router: Turn your router off and then unplug it. Wait about a minute then plug it
- Fully shutting down your console can help with connection issues
- Try a different DNS: Switching to a different DNS is a techie trick that can help you if your DNS is unreliable. If you want a couple of free options, try Google DNS or Open DNS
If you are getting disconnected a lot
- Use a wired connection
- Try to move your device as close to your router as possible
- Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for help finding and switching to a less busy wireless channel
