Story: Stampila starts when the Americas Preston and Uncle Jerry arrive in Moldova to stop a movement for Mihai Yushi. The movement could create unrest for the rich, but once the pressure is piled on him, things change. As the government believes they have everything under control, a new threat to them appears.

She turns to the people of control to lead a peaceful revolution against the oligarch. Preston finds himself siding with the revolution, despite the American interest in keeping people in power. However, like many revolutions’ things get out of control and danger is presented around every corner.

Verdict on Stampila

Stampila is a political thriller following the rise of a revolution in Moldova. It follows an unlikely leader who created the movement for change, despite the American involvement to slow things down.

This movie tells the important movement for change in the country, while also pointing out the corruption created by the American side of things. The American side feels comedic in places, as we have seen a similar idea in other movies and incidents in the past. This does show the important changes, without getting the feet too dirty. There isn’t any real violence, it shows things can change peacefully. When we find a slightly negative thing about this movie, it comes from not hearing anything about the real story before, let alone the major change the country went through.

Final ThoughtsStampila is an important look at a quiet revolution.
