Here’s a little story I’d like to tell about a few beers that you might not know so well. It started with a wedding on the grandest scale and then ended in my back yard with a pint of ale. Ok, ok so I got a little inspired by the good ole Beastie Boys! But on the real, it has been great start to the spring months. Of course beers have been involved in all the adventures we’ve had thus far. It seems like most of these beers are great day sippers, which is nice for the warmer weather hitting our good state! The season is perfect for patios, weddings, and sun.
Jester King’s Simple Means had a smoky entrance and after a while of sipping I noticed figs nuts, walnuts and Bar-b-cue saucy-ness. A beer with this many flavors and quirks about it deserves a 4 out of 5. But please do not take this beer lightly it is an investigative beer.
Thanks K.C.
My national beer day beer was the Myrcenary Double IPA by Odell, I have to say I was thoroughlyimpressed. I was expecting a dry hoppy click to the tongue taste but instead I got coriander-citrus with a malty skunky flower on the tip of your nose taste. A good ole 3 out of 5
So this one is for the boozy lovers. Quads are technically one of my favorite beers to lean
This beer is a fantastic beer to sit outside, enjoy the sun, and write your blog. With the relaxing notes of vanilla and calmness of the white oak Jai Alai IPA is a perfect sitting outside with your dogs beer. Enjoy this malty goodness with the faint of heart and the heat of the sun as it is to refresh your every need. 4 out of 5. Thanks Colt!
