I’ve managed to complete week 1 of my spending ban, I wasn’t paid until Thursday and the end of the month always requires very little spending! If you follow me on twitter you will know that I went to #BloggersHalloween party organised by Becky and we went shopping yesterday with Alyssia.
I was well behaved while shopping and bought plenty of Christmas presents which I will be showing you in a YouTube video soon. I took advantage of the Boots 3 for 2 offer which is a fantastic way to pick up gifts.
As part of my spending ban I’m not supposed to be buying clothes, but as you know I did say I could pick up an outfit for my Confirmation. Well I found a lovely top in Primark which I picked up and I’m hoping to wear if I can find some nice trousers to go with it. I did also pick up one of their £5 dresses to be worn with leggings for work.
We also went into Lush where I picked up a couple of bath ballistics and a bubble bar, which I just couldn’t resist. The Christmas products all look so beautiful and I wanted them all but I managed to resist and only pick up 3 products.
This week I have spent my £12.95 so I won’t be allowed to treat myself to anything else for the rest of the month. It has been a very expensive week for me because I went up to Scotland for a night to visit my Grandad before going down to Aldershot for the #BloggersHalloween party.
